All claims for error, shortage, or damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. All other claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. CORECHIPS will accept the Returns, Exchanges and Refunds only by these conditions are fulfilled: a deficiency in quantity, delivery of wrong items, quality problems, and apparent external defects (breakage and rust, etc.), and we acknowledge such problems . Customer should test the product and provide the testing report on defective items. After it's proved , CORECHIPS would accept repair or replace such Products or issue Customer a credit or a refund in the amount of the purchase price provided that CORECHIPS is notified in writing by Customer within 30 days after discovery of such failure . Customer shall return products in the original packaging in unused condition. Customer returns of the product is used or the packing is damaged will not be accepted .
